2 håndfulde jordbær
Halvanden frossen banan (husk at skrælle inden den fryses ned)
6 spsk skyr med top  
1 spsk honning
Mælk

Alle ingredienserne hældes i blenderen og blendes til ensartet konsistens. Sørg for at der er lidt mælk i bunden af blenderen til at starte med, så den kan blende den frosne frugt. Herefter tilsættes det undervejs indtil man får den ønskede konsistens.

Jeg bruger ikke særligt meget mælk, da jeg godt kan lide en tyk og cremet smoothie, og det sørger de frosne bananer for at dette er  😋
